Iranian Journal of Educational Research is a fully open access, double blind, peer reviewed journal, publishes the full text of original scientific researches, reviews, case reports and short communications, quarterly. IJER publishes papers of high quality in any area of Educational Studies and related scopes. Submission to the Journal is on the understanding that the article has not been previously published in any other form and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. IJER published by Educational and Behavioral Research Center of University of Hormozgan, Bandar Abbas, Iran. This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
