Objective: The aim of this study is to examine the efficacy of two therapeutic approaches, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and schema therapy in addressing promoting spiritualism and conflict resolution styles among employed women.
Methods: A semi-experimental pre-test and post-test design with a control group was employed. Participants completed questionnaires assessing spiritualism and conflict resolution styles. The research hypotheses were analyzed using mixed design analysis of variance.
Results: The findings indicate that both acceptance and commitment therapy and schema therapy significantly impact spirituality and conflict resolution styles among employed women.
